What is Laurie Viera Rigler reading?

The current featured contributor to Writers Read: Laurie Viera Rigler, author of Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict.

Two paragraphs from her entry about what she's been reading:
The Fabric of the Cosmos: Space, Time, and the Texture of Reality, by Brian Greene. As a novelist writing about parallel realities/time shifts, I am fascinated with the scientific foundation of my wild imaginings.

I am also re-reading Deirdre Le Faye's Jane Austen: The World of Her Novels, as research and for the pure pleasure of knowing the difference between a barouche and a curricle. It's an engaging and informative book about the world of my most beloved author. [read on]
Among the praise for Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict:
"…breezy debut novel.…Fans of the ever-expanding inspired-by-Austen-lit garden party will find a winner here..."
--Publishers Weekly

"...a page-turner of a novel composed with remarkable assurance by a promising new author."
--BookPage

"A devotee of all things Austen… discovers the reality of life in Regency England: rampant body odor, sexual and class repression and a style of medical care involving bloodletting.…Rigler does a perceptive job in contrasting the different eras. Despite the smells, little in Courtney's current lifestyle — including most of the men — can compete with the erotic charge of dancing in a candlelit ballroom."
--USA Today
