8 book adaptations that won 2013 Golden Globe awards

Book adaptations did very well at this year's Golden Globe awards. One winner:
"Les Misérables"

A movie based on a Broadway musical based on a novel by Victor Hugo, "Les Misérables" is the classic story of love, redemption and revenge set on the backdrop of the French Revolution. All the singing was recorded live. "Les Mis" (as it is popularly known) won Golden Globes for Best Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical, Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical (Hugh Jackman), and Best Performance by an Actress In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture (Anne Hathaway).
